1. Hem leg edges; clip and trim seam allowance.

2. Hem waist edge; clip and trim seam allowance.

3. Sew cb seam from crotch to notch mark.

4. Turn and sew cb back opening hems; clip at notch, trim lower seam allowance.

5. Sew crotch seams together. Trim seam allowance.

6. Add snap, Velcro or hook-and-eye to back opening.

Notes: 

Suitable for lightweight woven or knit fabrics

(One fabric source may be children's' panties.)

Cutting the leg and waist seams with a pinked edge will help them to turn smoothly.

Cutting woven fabrics on the bias may give a better fit.
