The pictures below are bitmap versions from  TanQuility patterns. The TanQuility CD contains vector line drawings for accurate resizing and high quality printing of the patterns. They were converted to bitmaps to make it easy for people to  download off the web page.

Piece each block; here, the background pieces within the blocks were additionally pieced to give the impression of 
a window-sill. 
Add strips of background fabric to the top, bottom and one side of each block to give the size you need. Join the blocks, aligning the images, trim and add border strips if you want.
